"A sandwich spot famous for it's - yup, you guessed it - sandwiches, Collier's Sandwich Company is uber popular with local Woolloomooloo residents, as well as neighbouring office workers. One simple rule exists: the club sandwich is an absolute must. However, those not keen on such an offering during peak office hours are invited to nibble on a selection of salads and wrap offerings." - www.yourrestaurants.com.au
"There's a range of good-looking salads available at this tiny outlet in a leafy pocket of the inner city but the main game, as the name implies, is sandwiches. The Collier's Club ($10) normally comes on toasted panini but when Good Living visited late one day it had run out and the alternative of multigrain was a fine substitute. This one's a doozy with swiss cheese, cranberry sauce and honey mustard mayonaise in addition to the usual chicken, bacon and salad combo but it holds together well and works a treat" - Good Living
"A short stroll down from The Domain park in a quiet leafy street you'll find this little sandwich shop tucked away all on it's own. I'm assuming most of the customers are from the surrounding boutique businesses that line the street because there's not much else around in terms of pedestrian traffic. Today I try the Collier's Club toasted sandwich which is very tasty, especially with the freshly fried crispy bacon. It doesn't look that big but it's thick panini bread and quality fillings does the trick. In the past I've also tried the toasted sandwich of double smoked leg ham with cheddar, tomato and fresh basil which was very nice as well." - Simon Leong - Simon Food Favourites
"This cafe makes extremely delicious sandwiches. Its not complicated but in its simplicity and excellence it answers the question of the city-bound lunch hour. Their huge range of baguettes, foccaccias, wraps and sandwiches is delectable, healthy and not too pricey, and they have damn good coffee too. They cater for vegetarians excellently: the mushroom, goat's cheese, baby spinach, sweet onion and garlic aioli foccaccia is extremely well-balanced and subtly flavourful. Also look out for the extravagant Collier's Club: poached chicken, bacon, avocado, cranberry sauce, cheddar, tomato, lettuce and honey mustard mayonnaise on panini. A real feast between slices of bread" - Justin Wolfers - Sydney City News
